Nepal Radiological Society is a professional organization of all the radiographers, radiological technologists’ radiation therapists and medical physicists of Nepal. It was formed in 1990AD with the efforts of some of the pioneers of radiation professionals. Now the society represents over two hundred life members, associate members and honorary members.

The society aims to promote the professional status of all the radiation professionals and strives for the welfare of its members. The society conducts annual conference, seminars and workshops on a regular basis. It holds its national convention on every three year. The society publishes its periodic publication ‘Souvenir’ on a regular basis and encourages its members in various educational and research activities. The society is a national member of International Society of Radiographers and Radiological Technologists.
